With over 17 years of experience in software engineering and leadership, I am at the forefront of digital transformation by blending technology and human potential. My deep expertise in agile methodologies, microservices architectures and contemporary web technologies has made me one of the strong names in the industry.

My Career
After graduating from Bilkent University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in 2007, I worked in various positions as a Hardware Design Engineer, Senior Software Engineer and, in the last 7 years, as a Senior Team Leader at ParanaVision Inc., Mobiliz Inc., Sebit Education and Information Technologies Inc. and Havelsan Inc. for over 17 years.
I have made it my goal to share the knowledge and experience I have gained during my leadership period and the coaching process I have been involved in, with the stance of Serving and Inspiring Leadership , to anyone who has just started their career, wants to give a new direction to their career, wants to gain and increase their leadership skills, and wants to strengthen their relationships within their team.
Additionally, with the PSM I, PSM II, PSPO, PAL and PSFS certificates and knowledge I have, I work to implement the Agile methodology and collaboration culture in both business and private life.
